Since May 2016, the ECM collaborative platform GoFAST, its implementation and users training offered by CEO-Vision are referenced by UGAP.

This referencing allows government agencies and other local civil services to set up easy and quickly the Collaborative ECM GoFAST through this central procurement for government bodies office.

Status and Mission of UGAP

UGAP is a organization created in 1985 and placed under the double authority of the Minister of Budget and the Minister of Education.

Actually, UGAP is the one "general" procurement for government bodies office in France and it is an essential actor which role and means of action are defined by the order published on 23th, July 2015 relative to government bodies procurement markets.

UGAP head office is located in Champs-sur-Marne (France) and he has also a territorial network with about 550 collaborators and more than 1100 employees, organized in 25 regional offices.
